Burley $21
This is an interesting Ship
in a Bottle. It originally contained a bottle of after shave and one of cologne.
By submitting a coupon and $2.50, you received a small ship to place inside.
Removing a cardboard disk in the top revealed a coin slot and a Bank is created.

Bottle $N/A Rare This
bottle is in
the classic Old Spice shape but has a metal flip top. Embossed on the bottom
is "OLD SPICE" around the edge, and in the center is a
"P" inside a larger "G", which I interpret to be the Procter &
Gamble trademark.

Mount Vernon
Ship Recovery
James Mitchell created a series of prints for Shulton
as a consumer mail-in offer in
the 1960s (I am not sure of the exact dates). Prints of the Ship
Friendship, Recovery and Mt. Vernon were available. They measure 26 X 22 and
are printed on heavy paper that feels and
looks like canvas.

Spice
Rack $112 Rare I picked this up from a gent in Canada. It is and
Old Spice spice rack! The six small bottles are like the 1960s
travel bottles and are marked: Ground Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Italian Seasoning,
Oregano, Marjoram and Garlic Powder. The backs of the bottles are
blank but the red tops are embossed with a compass rose.
The rack is made of thin plywood and measures 14 inches
wide. There is a steel rod across the front to hold the bottles in
place.
If anyone knows more about these please email
me!
